‘Probably the best beer in the world.’ Once true, but today? Probably not.

Somewhere along the line, we lost our way. We focused on brewing quantity, not quality. We became one of the cheapest, not the best.

So, there was only one thing for it.

We had to create a better beer.

We have completely rebrewed Carlsberg from head to hop

Our new Carlsberg is brewed with aromatic hops and lightly roasted barley. The result is a perfect balance.  A wonderfully crisp and refreshing Pilsner, with a fuller flavour and distinctive hop aroma.

Skål to that!

 

We are also proud to introduce the Carlsberg Pilsner glass – the perfect accompaniment to our new Danish Pilsner. Here are just some of the benefits of our new glass.

  • The narrower mouth and hop leaf nucleation work together to create the perfect head.
  • Our glass is tapered at the rim to release hop aroma.
